Dear CTFI Members,

Due to the high Bank charges to the ITF in processing Black belt applications in Vienna.  All MONEY ORDERS must be written to the CTFI. The CTFI will process and make one Money Order to the ITF. You can send one Money Order with the CTFI percentage included.
