Master Pierre Laquerre, 8th Dan Black Belt and Technical Director of CTFI was present in Bedford, Nova Scotia on September 18th, 2010 to conduct a pattern seminar with over 60 participants coming from various NSITF member clubs (MacKenzie TKD, Hiltz TKD, JC’s TKD, Jim’s TKD and Crowell TKD). He shared his extensive knowledge of the technical side of patterns, as well as the purpose and application of the fundamental movements and how they relate to practical self defense. All of the participants echoed their comments of enjoyment during the seminar and how much fun it was to learn from such a knowledgeable and sincere individual as Master Laquerre.
