Master Downey and Mrs. Downey
recently conducted their annual (24!!!) seminar. There were over 140 students in attendance and included instruction on self-defence, theory of power and training secrets as in patterns, free sparring drills, and pad training. Next year will be a special seminar as it will be Downey’s Taekwon-Do 25th anniversary, something you won’t want to miss.
