Dear Masters and Instructors,
The 2014 Eastern Championships have now passed into history! Thank-you to all of you that brought competitors, coaches and judges. This year we had 5 full time umpires register to help with the event. I hope everyone had a great time and good success.
Thank-you to Mr. Ripley and his team of dedicated, hard working volunteers. Everyone really appreciated their very warm Maritime hospitality to all participants. Special thanks to Mr. Brandon Leblanc for his help to collect and record the results.
These results have been tabulated and can now be found on the CTFI web site, including a summary sorted alphabetically and each of the draw trees. Congratulations to all of our champions!
Black Belt seeding points will be updated in the coming weeks with results put up on the CTFI web site some time in June.
Keep your eyes open for information on the 2014 Nationals, scheduled for Nov 7 and 8 in Regina Saskatchewan. Remember that this event is critical – Black Belts will be selected for the 2015 World Championships in Italy! Registration will open in late August so put this in your calendars.
