The Canadian delegation headed by Master C. Norman of approximately 40 members went to the 2nd  World Cup in Benidorm, Spain. The Championship hosted 800 competitors from 37 Countries. The Event hosted by Mr. Juan Ferrando went very smoothly under the leadership and guidance of Master Bos from Italy. Maxime Bujold from Quebec finished with Honor of top Male athlete of the Championship. Canadian provinces that participated were Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia. A special thanks to the CTFI Director of Umpire and Judges Mr. Ottesen from B.C. for excellent work with the Umpire committee at the World Cup.
